Returns and Exchanges
ForeverWed Return Policy:**Our generous return policy only applies to all products that are not personalized. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
We stand behind our products 100%. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us for a return authorization within 30 days from date of receipt, excluding personalized items, food, candy, clearance items, beverages, and underwear which are not returnable, for a no-hassle refund or replacement (Shipping and processing charges are not refundable). Personalized and Edible items cannot be returned. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Our goal is to provide superior customer service and great products. We will happily accept a return or exchange on return authorized products.
No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, chocolates, chocolate labels, playing cards, imprinted paper products, or water bottle labels. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned. Free Shipping and percentage off eligibility will not apply if the items are cancelled or returned which reduce the merchandise total below the minimum order requirement.
Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on our website do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. No credit is given for lost packages. Non-returnable items sent back to us will not be refunded and no exchange or credit will be issued.
To make a return, please follow these easy instructions
Step 1. Contact our customer service team by phone or email to obtain
an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Our customer service
can be reached at 360-925-6871 or by email at email@example.com. Please be prepared to
give your order number or, if contacting us through email, list the order number
in the subject line of your message.
Write your RMA Number on a slip along with a brief description of your reason for return. For faster processing, be sure to specify whether you would like a refund or a product exchange. (Please note, exchanges are subject to product availability.)
Step 2. Attach a return label to your package. If you are reusing a box, cover all previous labels and markings with heavy black marker or adhesive labels. When packaging your return, please make sure to put the actual product box or container into another box. (Writing directly on the product packaging will deem the item as “damaged” and unable to be resold. We are unable to issue any credits for items that we consider damaged.)

Step 3. Remember to include your return address on the outside of your package. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address clearly marked on the outside will be destroyed, and ForeverWed will not replace the contents.
Please Note: Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. You may ship your package using the delivery method of your choice, but COD deliveries will NOT be accepted.
ForeverWed reserves the right to destroy or refuse any merchandise without a valid RMA Number. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
