Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, ForeverWed will be happy exchange the item or refund the purchase price (excluding food and beverages, and clothing, which are not returnable). We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment for a refund. All returns must be first authorized. Photos may be required for damaged items. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping, rush fees and processing charges will not be refunded.
DISCLAIMER
No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, chocolates, chocolate labels, or water bottle labels. etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned.
PLEASE NOTE
Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. No credit is given for lost packages. Non-returnable items sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
To make a return, please follow these easy instructions
Step 1. Complete the return form on the back of your original packing slip or enclose a note with your order number, name, address, phone number, a brief reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a credit. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Step 2. Attach a return label to your package. If you are reusing a box, cover all previous labels and markings with heavy black marker or adhesive labels. When packaging your return, please make sure to put the actual product box or container into another box. Writing directly on the product packaging will make the item damaged and unable to be resold. We are unable to issue any credits for items that we consider damaged. Step 3. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. You may ship your package using the delivery method of your choice, but COD deliveries will NOT be accepted.
Step 4. Remember to include your return address on the outside of your package. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address clearly marked on the outside will be destroyed, and ForeverWed will not replace the contents.
ForeverWedStore.com reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# to the customer. No return will be accepted without authorization and all returnable items have a 15% restocking fee. Personalized Items and Sale items may not be returned.
