All orders are processed Monday - Friday, in
the order they are received, we start processing orders 1 business day
after your order is placed. Usually around 6 am Pacific Standard
Time (9 am, Eastern Time). However please allow up to 5 business
days for order processing.
All packages are given priority status. This includes any package
designated as a Next Day Air, 2 Day Express or 3 Day Air. These
packages will arrive consecutively starting the day after date of shipment
based on the method chosen.
Packages shipped on a 3 day, 2nd day or
overnight status are shipped on that method only. This method means
that your package will ship on the method chosen after it is released from
personalization.
To make a change to your order, please contact customer service at
425.353.2191.
Please allow 5 business days for your order to ship. This means if you
select three day air shipping your package should arrive in 8 business days
from the day after you placed your order. If you need a package
shipped 1 day after the order, please call customer service so that they can
rush your order through and get it shipped out.
