Occasionally products are damaged by the carrier during shipping. You may contact UPS for damages caused by UPS by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS.  This is a standard procedure to initiate any claim for damages, Customer Service will be happy to work with you to file a damage claim and get a replacement package out to you.  however a claim MUST be initiated by the customer first.  Any and all damages being claimed must be done so within the first ten business days. 

ForeverWed will not and can not be responsible for any replacements if the damage is not reported in a timely manner.  All shipments will be considered to be in good condition at arrival.  In the event you can not reach customer service during normal operating hours, please leave a message on our phone system.  Customer service will contact you on the next business day.  360-658-4992
