We Currently ship within the U.S.A., & Canada.
For an additional $15 we can provide a Rush Delivery
once your order is ready to ship. (Priority Rush is available for
Personalized items, contact us for details.) 3rd Day, 2nd Day or
Overnight Air is available upon request during checkout. Please note:
All orders that are shipped via air shipment are considered rush orders. Rush orders required within a 10 business day time frame require a
$15.00 Rush fee. See Dimensional Weight Criteria for more
information.
Shipping Prices for International Orders will
not be available during checkout. A customer service representative
will email you within 24 hours with pricing before processing your order.
Duties assessed by customs are the customers responsibility and will be
billed by the shipping carrier.
The applicable UPS Rates are determined on the
basis of package and shipper characteristics, and are therefore subject to
change.
ForeverWed works hard to help reduce the cost of shipping,
we are always working hard to increase the efficiencies of shipping and
processing so that we can continue to charge as little as possible to offset
the costs of getting your package to you undamaged, on time, and exactly as
you ordered it. In order to offer you
the greatest value we strive to keep our shipping and processing charges as
low as possible. Costs associated with shipping and
processing include the following:
- Boxes, tissue paper, air pillows, peanuts, bubble-wrap, etc.
- Employees assemble the items for your order including
this includes those who arrange to have your order drop-shipped.
- Employees carefully package your order and process it for
pick-up by the delivery company
- The fees that we pay the delivery company to deliver your
order to you (We use UPS for the majority of our deliveries)
- The delivery charges that are passed on to us by vendors
who drop-ship your order to you.
- Computer and software systems that allow us to link
directly to the delivery company. Linking directly speeds up the delivery of
your package, allows us to ship such a high volume of packages efficiently,
and allows us to provide you with important tracking information about your
package.
On the product information Web page for each item, we have included the
approximate time it takes for that specific product to leave our warehouse.
This variation can occur because a non-personalized item might be available
to ship within 48 hours, but an engraved item may need more time. If you
order more than one item, your entire order will usually be shipped
together. If you want your items shipped separately, please place separate
orders.

Because we understand that you may need your items sooner than the indicated
timeframe, we offer Priority Rush for personalized items and/or next day
shipping. If you are concerned that your order will not arrive in time for
your wedding, please contact us so can work with you personally.
There are a few items on the Web site that will be shipped to you directly
from the manufacturer and will arrive separately from the rest of your
order. These items typically include wedding cameras, kate aspen products,
cathy concepts products, wedding star products, edibles, personalized ribbon, and
personalized embroidered items from Krepe Kraft. Items that are drop
shipped may require additional shipping fees. Customer service will
notify you by email with any additional shipping fees should they be
required.
