Signature Delivery Services
For all orders exceeding $100.00, a
signature receipt will be required by UPS before the package is delivered.
Please ensure that someone is home to sign for your package on the date of
delivery. We appreciate your understanding as we want to ensure your
package arrives to you safely and is not mis-delivered by the carrier.
You may waive the right to sign for your package, however you assume all
liability for the package if mis-delivered or lost by UPS. All packages
are sent insured in case of damage or mishap. Should your package be
mis-delivered or damaged, please call customer service immediately at
425.353.2191 so that we can file a claim and replace that package
immediately.
