Orders containing out of stock items will be held until the out-of-stock item is back in stock.

All in stock non personalized products ship within 1 - 3 business days.
All personalized engraved in stock products ship within 3 - 5  business days.  If your order has an item that is currently out of stock, the remaining portion of the order will be processed and shipped out directly from our local warehouse.  The out of stock item will be held (on back order) until the item comes back in stock.  Our computer system automatically notifies our customers via email on out of stock items and back order dates.  Please note: that each product page should indicate if an item is out of stock.    Please see below for timelines on shipping for specific products.
