You can order online through our user-friendly screens that make choosing wedding supplies and wedding favors fast and simple. When you select a product, it is added to your "shopping cart" so you can keep track of your product choices. You then proceed to check-out, a simple and 100% secure process, so you can feel safe knowing that your credit card and personal information is protected at all times.

Account Status

Sign up for an online account to check the status of your order at any time.  Real time tracking numbers are provided online and are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week online.  Online Accounts also keep an order history, making reordering convenient and easy.

Adding On to Your Order

We ship most orders within 3-5 business days. We are able to add on to any order if the order has not left our warehouse. Added shipping fees may occur.

Back Orders

If you would like an item that is currently shown as out of stock, please email customer service to get an approximate arrival date before finalizing your order. If you do order an out of stock item, it may ship separately from the rest of your order and incur an additional shipping charge.

Payment Options

Orders must be paid for by a credit or debit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Rush Fees

Typical production time for personalized items is 3-5 business days. From there, shipping can take up to 5 business days. If your order is needed within 7 business days and you would like to have a rush service added then please select "Rush This Order" on checkout. This will put your order in a priority status so that your order ships within 2 business days from time of purchase. A $25 fee will be added to your order for this service.


We do not allow returns or exchanges on any edible or personalized merchandise.   All sales are final. If you received a damaged item, please see our replacement policy below.


ForeverWed strives to stand behind their merchandise 100%. Should you receive a damaged or broken item, please email our Customer Service Department at within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. You must have the original invoice number when you call. We will address each case individually and determine how we will send out a replacement at no charge. We only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. Please always double check your orders to ensure that the personalization is entered correctly before sending. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer.

When you place your replacement shipment claim, you will receive a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, or an ARS (Authorized Return Sticker). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment.


ForeverWed offers complimentary personalization on specific items. The format for personalization is shown on each item. Our complimentary personalization is only available in the font and format shown. Some exceptions can be made upon special request from the customer. All sales are final on personalized items. Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged, you must email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment and we will gladly replace the same item with the same personalization.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to shipments being made in Washington State. No sales tax will be added to shipments made to other states. Tax is charged on the entire order including amounts charged for shipping and handling.
